I’ve been conducting training in business writing skills for almost 30 years. During that time I’ve received lots of questions about the use of English. I’ve also noticed lots of ‘blunders’ in emails that I receive.

I’ve now compiled lots of these blunders into a mini book ‘The A-Z of Business Writing Blunders’. This little book is full of common errors, clichés, bloopers and blunders that we see regularly in business writing today. And it’s all put together in an easy to read, A-Z format. It's written to help you to structure your sentences more accurately, clearly, and concisely – not just in writing but when you speak too!
