We must all interact with various people &ndash; with external customers, plus internal colleagues, bosses, managers and supervisors. The greatest challenge you face will not be the technical side of your job, but rather interacting with other people. Ultimately, your career success will depend on your ability to develop relationships. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>Communication is our lifeblood, and it&rsquo;s the lifeblood of any organisation. Excellent communication skills are probably the most important career and personal skills you can possess. Improving your communication skills will put you ahead of other people when it comes to getting a job, gaining promotion, even just getting your job done.<\/p>\n<p><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>But people aren&rsquo;t just &lsquo;born&rsquo; writers or speakers. The more you write and the more you speak, the more your skills will improve.
