Hah Lee Nah I just have to tell you how impressed I was with you when I attended the 2 days course on "Power Up Your Business Writing Skills". I have attended many courses for the last 5 years. Very often, these courses were dull and uninteresting. In order to relieve the boredom, I would end up reading comics or stories books in those classes. It was different with your lecture. The class was filled with laughter and everyone was eager to participate actively. Shirley, you are such an interesting teacher.

Irene Tan Shirley conducted a successful pilot recently for 19 staff from StarHub. The subject is "dry" by nature, but Shirley has made it come alive! She is full of zest, passion and energy. More importantly, the approach taken is totally engaging, with plenty of practical exercises in class. We also had a pre- and post-test for the class to assess the learning effectiveness, and the results were very positive.

Chin Yean Fern I have attended quite a number of workshops and seminars, but yours is exceptionally different. You started off well with a very good ice-breaking technique. Within minutes you captured everyone's attention, and our workshop became lively and filled with laughter. One more special thing is your background music. You are the only speaker I have met so far who really puts in thought to create the right atmosphere with soothing background music, so that it could inspire the participants to work well on the exercises. Once again, I have to say that I really enjoyed this workshop!
