\tHumility – this must be one of the best words in the English language. Humility means being modest, lacking pretence, not believing that you are superior to others. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

There's nothing worse than someone with their nose in the air arrogantly, bragging and boasting about themselves. These people will have others running away from them rather than wanting to get closer.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Humility involves maintaining our pride about who we are and about our achievements, but without arrogance. Humility means having a quiet confidence and being content to let others discover your talents, without having to brag about them. Very often, the higher people rise and the more accomplishments they have, the higher their humility.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Great leaders direct their ego away from themselves to the larger goal of leading their company to greatness. These leaders are a complex mix of intense professional will and extreme personal humility.<\/p>\n

<\/o:p><\/p>\n

If you want to improve your relationships, learn to practise humility. <\/p>\n

It's a strength, not a weakness.<\/em><\/p>\n
